Introductory Workshops

Ann occasionally runs introductory workshops for small groups with her colleague Deborah Coote. The workshops give a brief overview of the Technique and are intended to help you to decide if you would like to take your interest further.

A typical workshop includes:

• Brief history of the Alexander Technique
• Good 'use' and 'mis-use' of ourselves
• What happens in a typical lesson
• Individual hands-on work
• Feedback and questions

Refresher Workshops

Ann and Deborah will also be running a series of refresher workshops during 2010. These workshops are aimed at people who have already had a series of individual lessons but who wish to refresh their Alexander skills and to explore some aspects of the Technique in greater detail.
