Introductory Workshops

Workshops for small groups are held occasionally. They introduce the Technique and are intended to help you decide whether you wish to take your interest further.

A typical workshop includes:

• History and applications of the Alexander Technique
• Activities to show the power of habit
• Video/DVD
• Individual hands-on work
• Feedback and questions
